Community Patrons: Home

Welcome to the Community Patron information page!

On this page you can find information about services for community (non-VCSU) patrons!

Library Cards

Residents living within the Valley City Community are eligible to apply for a free Community Library Card. Residents may apply for a Community Library Card at the Information Desk (or by using our online form) and must bring proof of residency or a photo ID. The card will be issued within 48 hours of completing an application. Community accounts expire every 2 years, and a community user must provide the Library with updated contact information to be eligible for an account renewal.

To obtain a library card please visit us at the VCSU Library!

Librarians are available to assist you with any research needs you may have!

Please visit the library or contact us ( / 701-845-7277) for assistance.
