There are three computers that you will typically use in the course of your duties in the library: the information desk computer, and the two computers in the office.
A few things to keep in mind about these computers:

Do not save login information for any computer or application, as many different people use these computers during the course of the day.

Always log out of the profile or application (LibGuides, Blackboard Drive, etc.) you were using at the end of your shift.

Always report any log in/log out problems to your supervisor or another full-time staff member. This way we can ensure they will be working for the next person who needs them.

When closing the library, always be sure to close all programs and shut down the computers completely.
